News from Bigfoot Betty – Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Spring is right around the corner and Bigfoot Betty is hitting the trail at full throttle!

Last month was all about community, connection, and impact. Because of your support, we were able to share our story at events, meet fellow survivors, and continue building Trailblazer Totes for warriors currently in the fight.

Next up, you can find us at the Moonshiners Swap Meet on March 8th! Betty will be bringing the pink, the power, and plenty of ways to get involved. Every footprint we make helps spread awareness and hope.

Want to see where we’re headed next? Be sure to check out the Events page on our website to follow the trail and join us at an upcoming stop!

Thank you for standing with us, believing in the mission, and helping us turn myth into movement. 💕

Bigfoot Betty Happenings

Updates

Bigfoot Betty has been hard at work spreading awareness and assembling Trailblazer Totes.

Exciting news: several beautiful, handmade, cancer-themed blankets were recently donated by local women with hearts of gold. Their warmth and generosity will be felt with every tote delivered.

Goals

We’re on a mission to fund 20 Trailblazer Totes this month.

Each tote is packed with comfort, encouragement, and care, and your support makes it possible.

Warrior Watch

This section is dedicated to raising awareness, sharing knowledge, and honoring the strength of those affected by different forms of cancer. Because knowing the signs can save lives, and supporting the fighters is what Bigfoot Betty does best.

March is recognized as National Colorectal Cancer, Kidney Cancer, and Multiple Myeloma Awareness Month, with additional observances for HPV-related cancers.

Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month: March is dedicated to raising awareness about colorectal cancer, promoting prevention, early detection, and screening. The Colorectal Cancer Alliance provides resources to educate communities and encourage discussions with healthcare providers about screenings and risk factors.

Kidney Cancer Awareness Month: This month highlights kidney cancer, aiming to increase public knowledge about symptoms, risk factors, and treatment options.

Multiple Myeloma Awareness Month: March also focuses on multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer, emphasizing research, patient support, and education.

HPV Awareness Day (March 4th): The International Papillomavirus Society observes this day to educate the public about human papillomavirus (HPV) and its link to cervical, anal, genital, and oral cancers. Vaccination and preventive measures are key messages.

Betty’s Picks

Bigfoot Betty is obsessed over these popular designs at Bigfoot Betty Outfitters.

Camo Trucker Hat

Logging some miles in your big-rig or just looking to emulate that casual cool style? If so, then our trucker hat is for you. The trucker hat adds a versatile and laid-back style to any outfit, but it’s probably best rocked with a plaid button down and a worn-in pair of jeans (and a Mack truck).

Tie Dye T-Shirt

Dive into a swirl of color with our Tie

Dye T-shirt. Each shirt is a unique canvas of vibrant hues, making no two exactly alike. Made with soft, 100% cotton fabric, it’s comfortable enough for all-day wear.

Dog Bandana

Dogs are a man’s best friend and this bandana is a dog’s best friend. Your dog has a personality in its own right, so let it shine through with this great accessory.

Until Next Time

Still here? Thank you for trekking alongside Bigfoot Betty this month. We’re grateful for every footprint you leave with us. Whether it’s a like, a share, a purchase, or a prayer, keep blazing trails and spreading hope.

We’ll be back next month with more news, more stories, and of course more Bigfoot Betty.

In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for Bigfoot Betty!

With hope, heart, and sass,
